Try the demoKnow what to stock, which part fits and what to charge.
AIS is software for automotive aftermarket distributors and e-stores. It reads your sales, stock, catalogue and invoice data, then proposes what to order, where to move stock, which part fits the car and where margin leaks. A person approves every decision.
The demo needs no call: enter your name and work email and it opens.

Modules
Four modules. Start with one.
Each module runs on its own data. Add a second and they share signals, so each one works from better inputs than it would alone.
Demand
Forecasts by part, warehouse and week, with the reasons next to the number.
- A range on every forecast, so planners see the uncertainty
- Drivers shown: weather, vehicle age, holidays, quotes lost to missing stock
- Separate methods for new and slow-moving parts; short history is flagged, never forecast as zero
- Planner adjustments stored apart from the forecast, each with a reason
With other modules
- + InventorySafety stock sized from forecast confidence
- + CatalogueForecasts follow the vehicles each part fits
- + CommercialLost quotes and account changes feed the forecast
- All fourDecisions and outcomes retrain every module. The chat assistant comes on top: ask about demand, stock, parts and prices in your own words.
Designed behaviour of the connected suite.
Pilot
The first 30 days
One module, your data, measured against your own numbers from before the pilot. Your team spends about 7 to 9 hours on it across the month.
Day 1
First look
You send a few ERP exports. AIS maps your columns, checks the data and runs a first pass. You get first results and a list of data gaps, ranked by impact.
Week 1
Review and correct
Your team works through recommendations in one review queue. An edit or a rejection takes a reason, and AIS learns from each one.
Week 2
Daily rhythm
The plan refreshes every morning and alerts flag what changed. About fifteen minutes a day keeps it current.
Day 30
Measured results
Results on your data, compared with the 30 days before. Then a decision: continue, add a module, or stop.

Design partners
5 spotsBuild AIS with us
We are taking on five parts distributors and e-stores as design partners. Partners run AIS on their own data before anyone else, decide what it does next, and pay a partner rate.
Open until the five spots are filled.
What partners get
First access
Run the module you need most on your own data, before AIS is released.
A say in the roadmap
Your requests decide what gets built next, and in what order.
Partner pricing
A reduced rate on the pilot and the subscription, reserved for design partners.
A direct line to the engineers
You work with the people who build AIS, without a support queue in between.
How joining works
01
A 30-minute call
We find the decision that costs you most today, and the module that fits it.
02
A data check
We confirm the exports the module needs. Files are enough to start.
03
Day 1 of the pilot
AIS runs on your data, and the 30 days begin.
What we ask in return
- A monthly feedback session
- One reference call with a prospective client
- Permission for an anonymised case study

The team behind AIS also builds custom AI and cloud systems, for any industry.
The people you brief are the people who build.
AI systems, data platforms, cloud infrastructure - built on your stack, not ours. No agency in the middle, no work passed on, and a handover your team can carry forward on its own.

Where to start
Four ways in. Start where you actually are - each path runs through the same stages, and every one of them ends with something your team owns and can run without us.
The idea is defined, with or without the data in place. We spend less time deciding and more time scoping.
- Stage 01Free
Consultation 30 minutes
A call about what you are building and what is in the way. It costs nothing, and it ends with a direction either way: we build it with you, or we point you to the people who should.
You get: A straight answer on whether it is worth building, and the next step towards it
- Stage 02
Report 1-2 weeks
Written findings and a costed plan, assembled around what you asked for. Yours to keep either way.
You get: Findings and a costed plan, in writing, whether or not we go further
- Stage 03
Workshops 2-3 days
Your engineers and ours on the same design, so the build starts with a shared picture.
You get: An architecture your own engineers helped draw, and can defend internally
- Stage 04
Scoping 1 week
The work broken into production slices, with estimates your finance team can read.
You get: Slices, estimates and a sequence you can budget from
- Stage 05
Delivery from 4 weeks
PoC, MVP or enterprise rollout. Built on your stack, reviewed by your team, handed over working.
You get: Working software in production, with the runbooks and the people to keep it running
